Pilot Programme Packages for Toku AI
Transcribe + Summarise
- A maximum of 50 call files per agent for a maximum of 20 agents to be submitted to Toku for transcription and call summarisation.
- Stereo call format recommended / preferred. If mono, the transcription quality will be affected.
- English, Malay and Mandarin (where applicable)
- Call duration for each call – less than 5 min.
- Deliverables: Transcripts and summaries will be available in the portal.
Duration: 3 months
Transcribe + Summarise + Conversation Analytics
