Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all the voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies keep engaging with their customers no matter where their employees are working from.

Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our company as a Technical Support Specialist. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer issues and providing excellent support while also playing a key role in developing and optimizing customer support processes. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with exceptional communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This is an impactful and pivotal role for the business that will require excellent implementation skills, and a deep understanding of Contact Centre projects and solutions powered using Amazon Connect and other AWS services. You will write beautiful, scalable code, automate access to our products and services, and improve customer service operation, using AWS services and integration capabilities with various CRM technologies, helping our customers successfully pursue their digital transformation journeys.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and develop end to end contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services
  • Design and develop personalized and dynamic contact flows
  • Integration development to AD/ SAML
  • Develop lex bots
  • Configure host integrations for IVR and agent desktop
  • Integrate 3rd party applications like CRMs, ITMS, WFO, and AI
  • Keep up to date with the latest features launched for Amazon Connect and AWS CCI. Test the new features
  • Work with Business Analysts and Testing teams for project delivery
  • Create and maintain project design and delivery documentations

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience as an AWS cloud practitioner
  • Proficiency in AWS services like Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, API Gateway, EC2, AWS Lex, VPC, Kinesis and chime
  • Contact center developer experience : 2+ years
  • Amazon Connect experience: 1+ years
  • Development experience in Java, Node JS, Python
